To strengthen exchanges and collaboration with international peers and to advance China’s research and applications in nonlinear mechanics, the International Conference on Nonlinear Mechanics 2026 (ICNM 2026) will be hosted by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and jointly organized by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Shanghai University, and the Shanghai Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics.

The conference is scheduled to be held in Hong Kong, China, from July 24 to 27, 2026. It will bring together leading scholars and experts from around the world to discuss the latest developments and applications in nonlinear mechanics, promote international collaboration and exchange, enhance China’s academic influence in this field, and provide a platform for researchers and engineers to present their achievements and share experiences.
