Hotel Reservation Notice

Accommodation for all conference speakers will be arranged by the organizer, and they will stay at the 1034 Hotel.

I. Negotiated Rooms & Rates

Limited rooms are available at the conference‑negotiated rates during the event period. To secure your accommodation and benefit from the special conference rate, you are strongly advised to finalize your travel arrangements and complete your hotel reservation as early as possible. Please quote the name of this conference when contacting the hotel to obtain the negotiated rate.

II. Reservation, Payment and Invoicing Procedures

All matters concerning hotel reservations, payments and invoice issuance shall be handled directly by participants with their selected hotels. The conference organizing committee acts only as a coordinator and will not take part in these procedures. We appreciate your understanding.

III. Cancellation of Hotel Reservation

Given the limited availability of negotiated hotel rooms, participants who are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances are requested to cancel their bookings promptly to make rooms available for other attendees. Please avoid duplicate reservations to prevent potential losses.
