Choose one of four afternoon experiences: natural history near the university, Chinese art and archaeology, a panoramic skyline view, or a compact introduction to Chinese regional culture.

Booking and payment

Attraction tickets: The conference services company will provide the relevant purchase or reservation links. Participants purchase attraction tickets themselves.

Dinner: The RMB 150 per-person dinner fee will be collected by the conference services company on behalf of the organizer. The restaurant and meeting point will be announced later.

Transport plan

One coach will serve the city options. The Natural History Museum is near SZTU and uses local transport. The coach will drop city participants at Shenzhen Museum Ancient Art, Free Sky, and finally Splendid China. It will remain at Splendid China and take that group to dinner. Participants at the other attractions travel to dinner by metro, taxi, or on foot as indicated.

Option 1 Shenzhen Natural History Museum

Near SZTU | Suggested visit 14:00-16:30 | Self-arranged transfer to dinner | Admission: RMB 70 group adult ticket or RMB 80 regular adult ticket.

A major new cultural landmark beside the university, with galleries on the universe, Earth, evolution, dinosaurs, humanity, biodiversity, ecology, and Shenzhen's local environment.

Option 2 Shenzhen Museum Ancient Art

Coach drop-off about 15:00 | Visit about 15:05-17:15 | Metro or taxi to dinner | Admission: free; reservation requirements will be confirmed.

A focused introduction to traditional Chinese art. Permanent collections include ancient ceramics, bronzes, and painting and calligraphy, with bilingual interpretation available in selected areas.

Option 3 Free Sky at Ping An Finance Centre

Coach drop-off about 15:25 | Visit about 15:30-17:20 | Walk or short ride to dinner | Admission: approximately RMB 200; final price is shown on the purchase link.

Located on Level 116, the observation deck offers a 360-degree view over Shenzhen and, in clear weather, toward Hong Kong. Visibility depends on cloud, rain, and haze.

Option 4 Splendid China Folk Village

Coach drop-off about 15:55 | Highlights visit to 17:20 | Conference coach to dinner | Admission: RMB 220 day ticket; final price is shown on the purchase link.

A cultural theme park featuring miniature landmarks, regional architecture, folk villages, and live performances. The available programme time supports a short highlights route.

Suggested highlights: Miniature China area → one selected folk-village zone → coach meeting point

Pay the RMB 150 dinner fee to the conference services company by the announced deadline.
Submit dietary restrictions before the dinner booking deadline.
Save the final meeting-point and contact information issued before departure.
Carry your conference badge and passport or identification document for ticket verification.
