Venue & Hotel

This conference will be held at the Yanqi Lake Campus of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) (No. 1 Yanqi Lake East Rd, Huairou District, Beijing). Located in the southern part of Huaibei Town in Huairou District, the Yanqi Lake Campus lies at the foothills of the Jundu Mountains and near the Great Wall. It is adjacent to the scenic Yanqi Lake and faces the APEC Conference Center and the Belt and Road Forum venue across the water, placing it at the heart of Beijing’s “international conference hub.”

The campus is bordered by the Ming Great Wall to the north and the tranquil waters of Yanqi Lake to the south. It is divided into eastern and western sections by National Highway G111 and connected by the UCAS Bridge and the Guoke Tunnel. Covering over 1,000 mu (≈67 hectares) and surrounded by more than 4,000 mu (≈267 hectares) of forest, it represents the largest single infrastructure project undertaken by the Chinese Academy of Sciences since its founding. Blending international design with elements of Chinese culture, the campus provides a unique setting where academic exchange is complemented by the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Beijing.

The conference venue will be located on campus. The exact location will be announced later. Below, we provide a campus map and several photos for your reference.

The conference organizers have arranged, through coordination, a hotel (Swan Lakeview Hotel) located only 1 km from the venue, offering a very favorable (negotiated) rate. 

The price for a single room, including one breakfast per day, is 500–600 RMB per night (approximately USD 72–87). The price for a shared double room, including two breakfasts per day, is 600 RMB per night (approximately USD 87), corresponding to 300 RMB per person per night (approximately USD 43.5 per person). Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the gym, swimming pool, and other facilities. Each room is approximately 40 square meters.
