Early bird (before  30th April 2026):

Registration for Student delegate 100 USD (700 CNY)

Normal (before 31st July 2026)：

Registration for General delegate 300 USD (2100 CNY)

Registration for Student delegate 200 USD (1400 CNY)

Your conference registration includes lunches, dinners, refreshments, and conference materials. Please note that breakfast is not included in the registration fee but will be provided by your accommodation hotel. Additionally, a banquet will be held and is free of charge for conference delegates. Please confirm your attendance when you submit your registration.

Registration Fee Payment and Invoice Issuance Instructions:

1. Domestic Participants

After completing registration, domestic participants shall pay the registration fee via online bank transfer for corporate accounts. The bank information is as follows:

After the transfer is completed, log in to your personal account, select "To Pay" → "To Pay". On the  confirmorder page, choose Bank Remittance as your payment type. Meanwhile, select Request Invoice in the Tax Invoice section and fill in your invoice title information as required. Submit your order and upload your bank transfer receipt, so the Conference Secretariat can verify your payment and issue the official invoice. Invoices will be sent to your registered email address within one week after the conference concludes.

2. Overseas Participants

After completing registration, overseas participants shall select Online Payment as the payment type on confirmorder page, fill in the required payment information following system prompts, and finish the registration fee payment.
