Posters

Conference Registration: 

All poster presenters must register to IFTBC 2026 and pay the applicable registration fee by no later than 30^th September 2026, to confirm their participation and to have their abstracts published in the IFTBC 2026 conference book of abstracts. (https://conferences.koushare.com/iftbc2026)

 Poster Display

•   Posters must be on display throughout the conference.

•   Posters should be self-explanatory and include author affiliations and contact information.

•   Posters will be limited to 1.10 m high x 0.90 m wide (43 inches high x 35 inches wide) noting size of the poster      boards available for poster display. Please do not exceed these dimensions of your poster.

•   Posters will be assigned a number in advance. The individual poster boards will be numbered accordingly.

•   Poster presenters must be in attendance during the poster sessions to interact with conference delegates.

Schedule for Poster Presentations:

•   Poster set-up: Monday 12th October, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

•   Poster sessions: Tuesday 12th – Thursday 15th October, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

•   Poster removal: Friday 16th October, 5:00 PM

•   Organizers are not responsible for posters that are not removed by the due date and time, and may thus be     

    discarded.
