Poster Presentations

•    All posters will be displayed on poster boards for two days, and the display space can be no larger than 90 cm x 120 cm (36” × 48”).

•    Poster board numbers will be placed in the upper corners of the boards.

•    Please prepare and bring your poster by yourself, and set up your poster boards at the ground level lobby of Student Activity Center Building, Lanzhou University.

•    Please carefully prepare your poster and authors must be at their poster during the session time listed in the program as the IFGR committee will award the “Best Research Poster Presentation Award.”

Set-up Time     

12:00 – 20:00 pm on Nov. 17    

07:00 – 08:00 am on Nov. 18

Display Time     

08:30 am – 17:30 pm on Nov. 18 and Nov. 19

Removal Time*     

17:30 – 18:30 pm on Nov. 19

*Posters remaining after removal time will be removed and discarded.
