注册费标准说明：提交一篇论文的作者的注册费（默认同意加入IACI）为2000元； 提交两篇论文的作者的注册费为3400元（即需为第二篇论文交1400元的版面费）； 每位作者最多可提交有作者本人署名的论文两篇，如超过两篇则需重新注册、交费。 无论文的参会人员的注册费（默认同意加入IACI）为800元。参加10月29日的北京会场会议的参会者，注册费为1000元。 版权协议在此处下载。

3.终稿提交要求

（1）每篇论文要求12-15（或更多）页，否则将无法被检索与收录。

（2）投稿系统中作者变更事宜

论文的通讯作者可在提交终稿时修改、添加、删除作者信息。 如需修改通讯作者，请原通讯作者发信到iwaciii@163.com，并标明论文编号和新通讯作者的个人PIN码。

（3）排版

接收MS Word和LaTeX两种排版论文。 官网中提供了Springer论文模板，请登录投稿须知 (koushare.com)下载模板。 如果您使用的是旧模板，请下载最新模板进行排版。 由于出版论文集时间很紧，请作者严格按照模板中的规范编排论文，以减少由于排版不合格造成的反复修改而拖延时间。 对多次修改仍不满足要求的论文，会议将不再收录。

（4）特别提醒

论文的所有作者都必须在“学术会议论文管理系统”（https://cms.amss.ac.cn/）”注册，在“终稿提交”表单中正确填入作者人数，并按照论文中作者出现的顺序填写所有作者的PIN， 否则在会议的所有资料中将无法出现他们的姓名及个人信息；

• For authors submitting one paper (by default, agreeing to join IACI), the registration fee is RMB 2,000.
• For authors submitting two papers, the registration fee is RMB 3,400 (i.e., a page fee of RMB 1,400 is required for the second paper).
• Each author can submit at most two papers with their own signature; exceeding this limit requires re-registration and payment.
• For participants without papers (by default, agreeing to join IACI), the registration fee is RMB 800.

3. Requirements for Final Manuscript Submission

1. Each paper must be 12-15 pages (or more); otherwise, it will not be indexed or included.
2. Author changes in the submission system
   The corresponding author may modify, add, or delete author information when submitting the final manuscript. To change the corresponding author, the original corresponding author must send an email to iwaciii@163.com, indicating the paper ID and the new corresponding author’s personal PIN code.
3. Formatting
   Both MS Word and LaTeX formats are accepted for manuscript formatting. Springer paper templates are available on the official website; please download them from the Submission Guidelines. If you are using an old template, please download the latest version for formatting. Due to the tight schedule for proceeding publication, authors must strictly follow the template specifications to avoid delays caused by repeated revisions due to unqualified formatting. Manuscripts that fail to meet requirements after multiple revisions will not be included.
4. Important Reminder
   All authors of the paper must register in the "Academic Conference Paper Management System" (https://cms.amss.ac.cn/). In the "Final Submission" form, the number of authors must be correctly filled in, and all authors’ PINs must be entered in the order they appear in the paper. Otherwise, their names and personal information will not appear in any conference materials.
